Dr. Inamdar’s diet is pretty easy to follow, if you are committed to your health and fitness. Which I was, having neglected both for as long as I can remember. No regular exercise, no control or attention over the quality or quantity of food and drinks (alcoholic and non) I was ingesting had had its toll on my body and health. He wanted to know if I had the commitment to getting healthier- physically, mentally, emotionally – he confirmed that they were all connected. I had been working on the mind and emotions for some time; I became serious about my physical fitness last year (2016) and joined the Hyderabad Runners’ mentoring program for runners/non-runners to get ready for the 5k run. I was excited because it was just what I was looking for – to kickstart my fitness routine.
