Be The Change

I attended a workshop " Love Yourself and heal your life" in 2002 by Sailaja that changed the way I looked at myself and my life. The change was obviously not apparent for everyone to see immediately and it was also not what everyone would like to see. Because this change was within me and about loving myself and taking care of my feelings and my emotions.

And the techniques were very simple to use and apply. Once you are aware of the changes you want to make and know what you want to create, its a question of focussing on what you want using affirmations, vizualisations etc... and slowly moving away from negative self talk to a positive empowering one. Even if you don't do anything else, only thinking " I love and accept myself exactly as I am" is a potent tool. Saying it when you least feel like it is the key.

Since then, I have come a long way -learning new tools and techniques on the way, reading books, meditations, experiencing past-life regression, learning and practicing NLP-K, The Journey process, experiencing trans-generational healing, breathwork, Reiki. Over the last few years I have been sharing my experiences in helping others through coaching(I became a Radical Forgiveness Coach) and facilitating book study groups and teaching classes.

All this does not make me a saint by any standards. Which is why I need to keep on doing what I do so that as I help others grow, I grow too.

Using all the information I have and my own experiences with it, I teach " Be the Change" because that's the only thing one can do. One cannot change anything outside without locating and changing the source of it within yourself. Everything in your world is a reflection of who you are. The good and the so called "bad".

Last week I taught at "Evening Hour" a library/book store at Kukatpally. It was wonderful to see the 'Aha' moments in the participants faces as these Universal truths were realized from within. Reading books and knowing is one thing, actually 'experiencing' the Truth is an entirely amazing experience....

It is deeply satisfying to know that I am making a difference by being who I am ...

I am also deeply grateful to all those who enable me in doing this by supporting me in various ways.... thank you all.
